Using Tripsy On All Your Devices

You can use Tripsy on as many iPhones, iPads, and Macs as you'd like and by using a free Tripsy account you can keep all of your data in sync across all those devices.

When you first launch Tripsy on a new device you can tap on the settings icon at the top-right of the screen and you'll see the option to Login or create an account. You'll then be given three options:

  • Sign in with Apple: This allows you to create an account with us using your Apple ID, with the option to use the 'Hide My Email' feature.
  • Sign up with email: This lets you create an account with us using any chosen email address and a password of your choosing. Of course, we recommend a strong password generated by tools like Apple's own Passwords app or third-party password managers such as 1Password or Bitwarden.
  • Have an account?: If you already signed up for an account with an email and password on another device, you can log into this here.

Please Note: If you use the 'Sign in with Apple' feature to create your account, you can't then change your email address through Tripsy, doing so will prompt you to set a password and will unlink your account from the 'Sign in with Apple' feature.

How Often Does My Tripsy Data Sync?

Once new activities or trips are added, they should sync to your Tripsy account straight away as long as you have an internet connection on your device at the time. If you have a lot of activities, there may be a short delay in syncing, but this will very much depend on the speed and quality of your internet connection.

Can I Share A Tripsy Account?

Whilst it is possible for multiple people to use the same Tripsy account, we strongly recommend against this as it doesn't give you access to certain features such as Favorite Guests and Assigning Guests to Activities

Instead, each person using Tripsy should have their own accounts and then use our trip sharing feature to allow other people to see and collaborate on specific trips as needed.
