Duplicating Activities
Having lunch at your favorite spot on multiple days of a trip, or making the same train journey a few times in your trip, you can easily duplicate an existing activity to then modify the date and time as appropriate.
This is also helpful if you have multiple stays at the same hotel within your trip, for example you may stay at the hotel for the first few nights of a trip and then return for the last few nights.
TIP: If you need to add another type of activity at your hotel, such as a restaurant reservation, then you can instead add another type of activity at the location.
Duplicating From the Itinerary
To duplicate an activity from your itinerary:
- Go to the trip in question and tap on the Itinerary header.
- Find the activity you want to duplicate and then tap and hold on the activity name.
- Tap Duplicate Activity
- You'll see a new activities details page where you can update details such as the dates and times of the activity. When you're happy tap Save.
Please Note: Flight, Lodgings and Route activities cannot have their categories changed when duplicating. Any other activity, such as a museum, cafe, etc will show the option to change categories.
Duplicating From Within an Activity
To duplicate from within an activity's details you can:
- Tap the three dots at the bottom-right of the activity.
- Tap Duplicate Activity.
- You'll see the new activities details as above.
