Sharing Costs Across Multiple Activities in a Reservation

If you have a reservation that has multiple transport activities under the same booking reference, you can share the total cost of those activities without having to update each activity. This is particularly useful for things like flights and trains where your journey is broken into multiple legs.

Activities Created via Email

For any transport activities that are created via forwarding your reservation emails, this should be handled automatically where there's only a total cost for the reservation and the reservation number is able to be picked up from the email.

Manually Linking Costs Across Activities

If the reservation details and costs can't be picked up from your reservation email, or if you're adding activities manually, you can link costs between multiple transport activities of the same type by doing the following:

• Choose the 'main' activity for the reservation. We'd generally recommend this be the first activity in the reservation, for example your first outbound flight.
• Within that activity, tap on Total Cost and set the cost for the whole reservation.
• Once saved, tap the three dots at the bottom-right of the activity and choose Edit Information.
• Under Reservation Code enter the reservation number or code for your booking.
• Once added, find each activity of the same type within the same reservation and add the reservation details using Edit Information as above.
