Adding Multiple E-Mail Addresses to Your Tripsy Account

If you’re using our email automation features as part of Tripsy PRO, you may want to have multiple addresses setup that our system will recognize as being linked to your Tripsy account. For example, your Tripsy account was setup under your personal email, but you also need to forward travel details from your work email.

Please Note Whilst it’s possible to add other family members’ email addresses to your account, we generally recommend against this and instead suggest they have their own Tripsy account and you use our trip sharing and favorite guests features to collaborate on trips together.

To add your additional email addresses:

  • Go to Settings within Tripsy by tapping on your profile icon at the top-right of your trips list.
  • Scroll down and tap Add Reservations via Email under the Automation section.
  • You’ll see any current addresses you have registered in Tripsy, with your account email address marked with Your account email address.
  • Tap Add email address and you can enter any address you have control over.
  • Once you tap Save you’ll be sent a confirmation email to the address in question to confirm ownership, please ensure you check your junk mail or spam folders in case your email provider inadvertently marks out confirmation email as spam.

TIP If you setup your Tripsy account using Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email then you must ensure you add an alternative email, as your account email address will be a randomly generated Private Relay address from Apple.

Troubleshooting

If you get an error when adding a new email address, this may be because the address in question is either:

  • Already the primary account email address for an existing Tripsy account, for example you may have used Tripsy in the past forgot about your account.
  • Is an alternative email address on another Tripsy account, for example a family member added your email to their account.

If you run into any of these issues, you can easily send us an email for assistance by tapping Talk to Us when the invalid email message appears.

Please help us to help you by adding as much detail as possible to the automatically generated email - such as if the address may have been used before or any other relevant details.
