Refund Policy

We really hope you won't ever want a refund on your Tripsy PRO purchase, but in the event that you do, here's how things stand:

Subscriptions and Purchases from the App Store

Because your subscription is managed via the App Store, we don't have the ability to provide a refund on any subscription or purchase. You can request a refund via Apple, but this is always down to their discretion and we, as a developer, have no way to influence this process.

Purchases via Our Website

For purchases via our website, which provides you with an App Store redemption code, we do try to make sure it's clear that no refunds can be offered, as we do not have a way to deactivate the purchased App Store redemption code.

Exceptions can be made, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis and we do reserve the right to refuse any refund request based on the terms of sale.
