Reporting Issues & Bugs
We always want to hear when things aren't working as you'd expect, or if you believe there's a bug within the app. Of course, we work hard to try and keep Tripsy bug-free, but we're only human and so the odd issue may sneak through from time-to-time.
The best way to report an issue is to open Tripsy and go to Settings > Talk To Us via your profile icon at the top-right of your trips list.
This will generate a new email to us with some basic diagnostic details. The more detail you can provide about the issue you're seeing the better, and we always appreciate screenshots. Not sure how to take a screenshot on your device, take a look at this handy guide.
Security Reports
Whilst we don't have a formal bug bounty program at this time, we are always happy to receive responsible disclosures for issues within Tripsy and these should be reported via the same method as above if you're a Tripsy user.
For non Tripsy users, please email [email protected] with details of your findings and steps to reproduce. Please be aware, we will not engage in discussions around payment for disclosures, we would expect a well meaning security researcher to provide details of any findings.
